By placing an order or purchasing services, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the United States.
- Company Information and Scope of Services
Mercedes Art Space LLC primarily provides graphic design and related visual creative services, including but not limited to:
Brand identity and visual image design.
Commercial promotional posters and advertising graphics.
Social media imagery and digital promotional materials.
Typography, layout, and graphic design.
Customized commercial visual design.
Other graphic design services as agreed upon by both parties.
Specific service details, delivery formats, the scope of design work, and completion timelines shall be governed by the descriptions provided on the product pages or the terms confirmed in the order.
- Intellectual Property and Ownership of Work
Mercedes Art Space LLC respects intellectual property rights and has established clear provisions regarding the ownership and usage rights of design work.
2.1 Ownership of Original Design Work
For custom design projects commissioned and fully paid for by a client, Mercedes Art Space LLC will—upon receipt of full payment—transfer the transferable copyrights of the final, eligible custom-created works to the client, in accordance with a written copyright transfer agreement signed by both parties.
The scope of this transfer includes rights permitted under applicable law, such as the right to reproduce, distribute, display, modify, and use the work for commercial purposes.
The specific works to be transferred, the scope of the transfer, and the conditions under which it takes effect shall be defined in a written agreement between the parties.
2.2 Intellectual Property Retained by the Company
The following items are not automatically transferred to the client upon the purchase of design services:
Design tools, techniques, templates, and assets already owned by Mercedes Art Space LLC prior to the commencement of the project.
The company’s general design methodologies, workflows, and professional expertise.
Preliminary design concepts and drafts that were not purchased or ultimately selected by the client.
Fonts, images, icons, plug-ins, and other assets provided by third parties, which are subject to separate, independent licensing agreements. The aforementioned content remains the property of the original rights holder; the client may only use it within the scope of the applicable authorization or license.
2.3 Materials Submitted by the Client
The original intellectual property rights to any text, images, trademarks, brand logos, or other project materials submitted by the client remain with the client or the original legal rights holder.
The client warrants that they possess the necessary legal authorization to submit such materials and grants Mercedes Art Space LLC permission to use them to the extent required for the provision of design services.
2.4 Right to Showcase Work
Unless otherwise agreed upon in a written non-disclosure agreement, Mercedes Art Space LLC reserves the right to showcase design work that has already been made public, for the purposes of the company’s portfolio, business presentations, and service promotion.
If a client requires a project to remain confidential, they must confirm such arrangements with the company in writing prior to the commencement of the project.
- Orders and Payment Terms
Clients may submit orders or purchase graphic design services via the website.
All service prices are as stated on the website’s product pages or in a quotation confirmed by both parties.
Clients are required to make payments in the amount specified in their order.
Once payment is successfully processed, the company will proceed with the design services as outlined in the order.
Any expansion of the design scope, additional revisions, or other services not included in the original order may incur extra costs, subject to the client’s prior approval.
One-time Payment and Billing Policy:
General design services provided by Mercedes Art Space LLC operate on a one-time sale and one-time payment model. The client pays for the specific design services ordered; this does not constitute a recurring subscription.
Unless the client proactively purchases additional services or both parties enter into a separate written agreement, the original order will not result in any automatic monthly, annual, or other periodic renewal charges.
Once an order has been paid for, the company will not charge the client again for the same order, with the exception of any additional service fees explicitly agreed upon.
- Design Delivery and Client Approval
The company will complete the work in accordance with the design specifications, file formats, and delivery requirements stipulated in the order.
Depending on the specific service, design deliverables may be provided in formats such as JPG, PNG, PDF, or other digital file formats agreed upon by both parties.
Clients are expected to review the delivered design work promptly. Should any significant discrepancies between the delivered files and the confirmed order requirements be discovered, the client should contact the company immediately for verification. For additional revisions, changes in design direction, or work that falls outside the scope of the original order, the company may provide a separate quote based on the actual workload.
- Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
When using the services and website of Mercedes Art Space LLC, clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Permitted Use:
Lawful purchase and use of graphic design services.
Use of design deliverables upon obtaining the appropriate authorization.
Use of design works—for which the client has legally acquired usage rights or ownership—for personal or commercial purposes.
Reasonable modification and application of design deliverables within the scope of the granted authorization.
Prohibited Conduct:
Using design services to create fraudulent, infringing, or unlawful content.
Unauthorized use of third-party trademarks, images, fonts, or other intellectual property.
Using the website to conduct malicious attacks, distribute malware, or interfere with the normal operation of the website.
Falsifying payment records, submitting orders in bad faith, or engaging in fraudulent transactions.
Copying, reselling, or distributing materials protected by the intellectual property rights of Mercedes Art Space LLC or third parties without permission.
Using the company’s services to create content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
In the event of any violation of the above provisions, the company reserves the right—depending on the specific circumstances—to suspend services, decline orders, restrict website access, or take necessary legal action.

Clients wishing to cancel an order, request a refund, or adjust design requirements should contact the company promptly via the official communication channels.
Eligibility for refunds, application deadlines, processing procedures, and applicable conditions shall be governed by the refund policy published on the website and by applicable law.
For custom design projects that have already commenced or been completed, refunds will be handled based on the extent of work performed, any agreements between the parties, and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights to which the client is entitled by law.
- Limitation of Liability
Mercedes Art Space LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide professional and reliable graphic design services; however, it does not guarantee that all design deliverables will meet specific, undisclosed purposes or commercial expectations of the client.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
The company shall not be held liable for issues arising from the client’s provision of incorrect, incomplete, or unauthorized materials.
The company shall not be held liable—beyond the scope permitted by law—for service interruptions caused by third-party platforms, network failures, or technical issues beyond its control. The Company shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from the client’s unauthorized modification, misuse, or use of the design deliverables outside the scope of the agreed-upon terms.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s aggregate liability for direct losses arising from a given order shall be limited to the total service fees actually paid by the client for that order.
Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
- Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute between the client and Mercedes Art Space LLC concerning an order, payment, design delivery, or intellectual property rights, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter through friendly consultation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, the parties may consider mediation or other alternative dispute resolution methods mutually agreed upon.
Should an agreement still not be reached, the parties may initiate legal proceedings in a U.S. court of competent jurisdiction.
No dispute resolution process shall limit the client’s right to seek mandatory legal remedies as provided by law.
- Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which Mercedes Art Space LLC is registered, and shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with all applicable mandatory legal requirements.
Matters concerning copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights shall be governed by relevant U.S. federal intellectual property laws and other applicable legislation.
In the event of any conflict between these terms and applicable mandatory legal requirements, the latter shall prevail.
- Third-Party Services
This website may utilize third-party service providers to support website operations, payment processing, and related technical functions.
Specifically, Stripe serves as an independent third-party payment processor and is responsible for handling payment information in accordance with its own terms of service and privacy policy.
Stripe is not an affiliated brand or business partner of Mercedes Art Space LLC.
When using third-party services, clients are also subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of the respective third-party providers.
- Amendments to Terms
Mercedes Art Space LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service to reflect business developments, service adjustments, or changes in laws and regulations.
Continued use of the website or purchase of services by the client constitutes acceptance of the most current terms; however, orders already placed shall continue to be governed by the applicable law and the valid agreements between the parties.
